LEGAL AM FREQUENCY BROADCASTING UNDER FCC PART 15 REGULATIONS
Golden Age Radio offers a variety of fun and entertaining programming in the Concord, NC area. Many will enjoy a format not heard on any other station in the region. Our "old time" radio broadcasting is mostly advertisement-free and depends largely on donations from people that love the station and want to help maintain the costs of its operations. And to help it grow!
Listen to great radio programs from the 1930's, 40's, and 50's such as Abbott & Costello, The Green Hornet, Sherlock Holmes, Amos & Andy, old commercials, and much more. On Mondays we do a full day of the greatest 1950's music.
On Friday and Saturday nights we do classic Salsa & Merengue music for all lovers of latin music. Only the greatest ever Salsa and Merengue will be played!

Old Time Radio Theater. This is the stuff everyone heard before television was invented. Older residents of our community will relish in the nostalgia. Youths will be amazed by how radio once was. Just close your eyes, listen, and imagine scenes of The Lone Ranger, The Green Hornet, or Sherlock Holmes in your mind as the story and action is told. Laugh at the hilarious antics of Abbott and Costello, Red Skelton, Amos and Andy, and many others. Radio commercials from the 40's, 50's, and 60's. Listen to full length dramas from Mercury Theater or Texaco Theater such as War of the Worlds or The Count of Monte Cristo.
